1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how BotsHub collects, uses and protects your personal data. We comply with GDPR (EU) and LGPD (Brazil) where applicable.
2. Data collected
We collect the following data:
- Email, name and password (hashed) for account creation
- IP address, country (via Cloudflare) and user-agent for security and anti-fraud
- HWID hash (non-reversible) for hardware license binding
- Payment data (processed by MercadoPago; we do not store card data on our servers)
3. Purpose
We use your data to: provide the service, validate licenses, prevent fraud/abuse, generate internal aggregate reports and comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with: payment processors (MercadoPago), CDN/security provider (Cloudflare), and authorities under legal order.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies (login session) and preference cookies (language). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request:
- Access to your data
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Account deletion (except data required by law or anti-fraud)
- Data portability
7. Retention
We keep account data while active + 180 days post-cancellation. Audit (security) records for 3 years. Tax data for 5 years per local law.
8. Security
We employ technical and organizational measures: TLS on all connections, bcrypt password hashing, AES-256 encryption for secrets, rate limiting, auditing and regular backups.
