Refund Policy

1. Overview

Since BotsHub is a digital product with instant delivery after payment confirmation, refunds follow the specific rules below.

2. When a refund is possible

You can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if:

  • The product doesn't work due to a technical failure exclusively on our side (license server down, reproducible critical bug)
  • You haven't yet activated the license on any hardware

3. When a refund is not possible

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • License has already been activated (HWID already bound) and the software is functional
  • Game account ban due to tool usage (you assume this risk per Terms)
  • Buyer's remorse after 24h of purchase, or after usage started (the game already ran with the overlay)

4. How to request

Email support@botshub.online or open a Discord ticket with: order ID, reason and prints/logs when applicable. We respond within 48 business hours. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method in up to 7 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Opening a dispute without prior contact results in immediate license revocation and permanent ban from future purchases, regardless of the dispute outcome.
