Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using BotsHub, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
BotsHub provides a software overlay (DLL) that adds features to Trove (entity tracking, auto-farm, loot helper). The software is delivered as a digital, time-limited license.
3. License
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license tied to your hardware (HWID) for the contracted period. You agree that:
- You will not resell, share or distribute the software
- You will not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the binary
- The license is valid only on the hardware where it was activated; transfers can be requested via support
- Simultaneous use on multiple machines violates the license and causes revocation without refund
4. Payments
Payments are processed by MercadoPago. Prices in BRL. License activated upon payment confirmation (instant for PIX and card).
5. Prohibited use
You may not use BotsHub to:
- Illegal activities or violate third-party terms
- Attack, interfere with or overload BotsHub or game infrastructure
- Create fake accounts or bypass licensing limits
6. Disclaimer
BotsHub is provided "as is". We are not affiliated with Trove, Trion Worlds, Gamigo or any publisher. Use on third-party servers is at your own risk — overlay tools may violate game terms and result in game account bans.
7. Limitation of liability
In no event shall BotsHub be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including game account bans, lost progress, or in-game item loss. Our maximum total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license in the last 30 days.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Last update date appears at the top. Continued use after update means acceptance.
